FOOD IS THE MOST POWERFULL MEDICINE Only if you are eating the right foods for your body
Approximately 95% of the population suffers from Toxic Food Syndrome. Without scientifically testing your blood serum, it is difficult to determine which foods are specifically toxic to you. Keep in mind that there is a difference between energetic allergies vs. biochemical allergies.
Have You Ever Thought About Why Some Of Your Symptoms Never Go Away No Matter What You Have Tried? Your body could be experiencing an IgG (immunoglobulin) delayed toxic reaction.
How Does The Body Get This Way?
Foods break down at different rates, over consumption of the same foods all the time, Break down in enzyme pathways, either from toxic exposure or burnout, eating on the go, and stress are just to name a few.

WEIGHT ISSUES
There are several factors involved with weight control: Exercise, Supplementation, Eating, Toxins, Emotions, and the Endocrine system. Take the following factors into consideration on eating, this is a very brief overview and we will get into this more extensively in other areas:
Toxic food reactions can create weight problems by means of water retention. The purpose of the body doing this is to dilute the toxic reaction it is under going. The more diluted the toxin, the less harmful it will be.
Eating foods that you are allergic to will inflame the Galt (gut associated lymphoid tissue) tissue, which in turn activates several inflammatory pathways, not to mention what it does to the entire endocrine system. One example is the regulation of prostaglandin E2, which has been shown to hinder the body’s ability to burn stored fat.
The Lancet Medical Journal reported that partially digested components of common food allergens act similarly to morphine - like opiod drugs (Oct. 27, 1979). This can lead to food addictions and binging because of the high sensations being produced, only to crash later and start the whole cycle over again.
Research in the New England Journal of Medicine, 1997, vol. 337, reported that excessive amounts of partially digested food allergens increase appetite and decrease metabolism.
