PRICES

Initial consultation fee is $100.00; there will be no charge if I feel we will not be able to work together.  I only want to work with people who are serious about wanting to get better.  The consult will last an hour and I will call you at a specific time that we have set up.  Consultations will be charged at $30.00 every 15 minutes thereafter.  If you want questions answered via email, there will be a $5.00 charge, providing it is short answer only.  Questions that are lengthy will be billed out as consultation time.  I will provide a receipt for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement if you have a PPO or similar plan.

Urine heavy metal	$150.00 this test uses a push and is collected for 24hrs.
Other hormone testing	$75.00 – 169.00 you pay lab directly
Nutrition	$10.00 - $50.00 depending on products
